Lauren’s Extras…

•December 17, 2009 • Leave a Comment

Lauren is actually my cousin-in-laws friend who contacted me earlier this year after the CIL’s wedding. She didn’t need invitations, but did want a seating chart and table numbers. Her theme was snowflakes, so I was super excited about that! Her colors were fantastic too, dark blue, silver and off-white! I had fun with her design, and she loved the items!

Thanks Lauren, can’t wait to see your pictures!

Susan Bork Seating Chart

12Susan Bork Menus

I absolutely, hands down, adore Susan! She came to me a couple months ago for wedding invitations… the person she order invitations through was a “no show”. She got my name from one of my previous brides and contacted me! I am so happy she did! I created a few extras for her including seating chart, programs, picture sign individual menus and table numbers (I realize these are digital images, the menus were printed on light gold metallic stock, the table numbers were light gold tent fold cards with ivory linen layer, programs in light gold metallic paper). I was so lucky to see the reception hall, The Reserve, all set up for her wedding last week.

Thank you Susan for trusting me and I can’t wait to see you when you’re back from your HM!!!

Becca + Ryan’s Wedding Day Items

Becca and Ryan are a dream… they are so nice and funny! When Ryan picked up their wedding invitations from me he got to witness my husband being electrocuted!!! LOL! (we are in the finishing stages of a home remodel project). I wonder if Ryan was disappointed yesterday when he picked their extras up because no hubby home to be electrocuted! It was a boring evening at the Ahlgrim House. LOL.

Anyway, Becca and Ryan ordered table numbers, escort cards and programs. Their wedding colors are so pretty… I made their programs a 2 fold style in a light gold, the escort cards are tent style in antique gold and their table numbers are tent style in dark bronze with layering to match their invitations. I used all the same fonts, colors and graphics to tie their paper items all together.

Good luck this Saturday… I’m rooting for 68 and sunny for you Ryan!!!

Renate’s Wedding Day Items

I just love Renate, she is so fun to work with!!! I was super excited to do her wedding day extras for her. I made programs, thank you cards, escort cards, table numbers, various signs and menu cards. I am stalking Amanda Williams’ blog waiting for her to blog Renate’s photos (though Renate did send me the teasers Amanda sent to her). Gorgeous.

**not pictured are the programs and menus because my computer totally messed up the pictures when I was editing them. ARG!

Amy’s Awesome Seating Chart

Amy_Eric Seating Chart 1-20

I created Amy’s invitations for her back in June. She was such a doll to work with then, and even more so with the seating chart. She actually is getting 2 copies and 2 frames as her venue has an upper level and lower level… and with activities on both levels, it was extremely necessary to have two complete charts for guests to look at. This seating chart is classy and vibrant and fits in perfectly with the feel of Amy’s wedding.

Thank you Amy for putting your trust in me to make you a fantastic invitation package and seating charts!!!

Sorry for the quality of the image… it didn’t convert to JPEG very well.

Susan + Christopher’s Wedding Invitations

Susan contacted me last week with an emergency order. She was supposed to get her invitation through a vendor of hers and the person fell through… then she ordered invitations on-line and that fell through because the RSVP’s were back ordered… then she talked to two of my past brides while working one day and they both told her, talk to our invitation lady. So she emailed me. Her order was very simple, layered invitation and RSVP card with envelopes. The color combination is beautiful in ivory linen and a metallic gold cardstock. We used a simple black font for the text and a super fancy black font for their names… I put the wording together with this simple and elegant grapevine that goes along with the theme of her hall. I used the grapevine graphic on the RSVP card and faded it so it is barely visible on the gold cardstock. I also used it on the RSVP envelopes and the back flap of the outside envelope.

Such a beautiful, classic and simple invitation that has become one of my favorites!

Dr. Bork, thank you for trusting me with your invitations!
